Thank you for shopping at WholenestSupply. We are committed to delivering your order accurately and quickly.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders:

Standard Shipping: $8.00 (Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days)

Express Shipping: $15.00 (Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days)

Zendrop Products: Free Shipping (Delivery times vary by supplier)

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries. Shipping charges for international orders are carrier-calculated at checkout via USPS, DHL, or FedEx. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. WholenestSupply is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

WholenestSupply is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
